The 3rd International Symposium on Tourist Assistance Security (SISAT 2026) is consolidated as the largest and most relevant global event dedicated to tourism security. Held in Foz do Iguaçu, one of the world’s most emblematic international destinations, SISAT now occupies a strategic position on the global stage by bringing together governments, security forces, experts, academia, and the tourism industry in a single forum.

      In its previous edition, SISAT reached a historic milestone by gathering 61 international delegations, representing countries from Europe, Asia, North America, Central America, and South America, in addition to broad participation from Brazilian states, represented by specialized structures of the Military and Civil Police, Municipal Guards, and tourism-related institutions. This reach consolidated the event as a global platform for cooperation, exchange of experiences, and the development of concrete solutions for tourism security.

     Organized by the Military Police of Paraná, in partnership with the State Secretariat for Public Security and the State Secretariat for Tourism of Paraná, SISAT goes far beyond academic debate. The symposium promotes strategic alignment, the sharing of international best practices, and the strengthening of public policies focused on tourist protection and destination qualification.

    In 2026, from April 27 to 30, SISAT reaches its third edition even more robust, expanding international connections and deepening discussions on integrated security, intelligence, technology, risk management, hospitality, and the tourist experience. The program will feature lectures, panels, workshops, and roundtable discussions, bringing together leaders and specialists directly involved in building safer and better-prepared tourist destinations.

     More than an event, SISAT is now an international movement that influences decision-making, strengthens institutions, and positions Brazil and the State of Paraná as global references in tourist assistance security.
